DTC 251 - Experimental Foods


Students will acquire knowledge in the principles of food science, techniques of food preparation, evaluation, and modification of recipes. This will be accomplished through experiments involving recipes and their ingredients.

Credit 4 hrs Normal (A-F)
May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisites - (CHEM 120 with a “C” or higher  or CHEM 121 /CHEM 122 with a “C” or higher ) and (BIO 328 with a “C” or higher )
