MGMT 481 - Managing the Entrepreneurial Venture This course focuses on managing an entrepreneurial venture in an increasingly professional manner. Topics include: management control systems, integrating short and long-range plans, financial planning, developing and implementing human resource systems, and developing a management team.
Credit 3 hrs Normal (A-F) May not be repeated for additional credit
