MKTG 374 - Business to Business Marketing Concepts, procedures, and problems encountered when one business or organization markets its products or services to another. Emphasizes the marketing practices employed by industrial organizations. Topics include: customer relationship management, market analysis, organizational buying behavior, purchasing procedures, pricing and negotiation, selling and marketing planning.
