AD2D 320 - 2D Methods and Materials This course investigates how the materials and methods used to construct two-dimensional artworks can generate, embody, and communicate ideas. Students will experiment with a variety of techniques, materials, and supports beyond those used in beginning studio courses and become acquainted with a range of artists for whom process and materials are primary concerns. This course is a studio-based workshop supplemented with lectures, discussions, reading material, and demonstrations.
Credit 3 hrs Normal (A-F) May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisites - AD 300W , (successful completion of the Foundations Portfolio Review), and (two of the following: AD2D 301 , AD2D 302 , AD2D 303 , AD2D 304 ) Other Restrictions - Restriction by Major - Restriction by Class - Undergraduate standing
