BIO 120 - Introductory Biology II


The basic concepts upon which students can begin to develop a conceptual framework of the discipline will be developed in this course and reinforced in upper-level courses. Evolutionary theory, ecology, plant physiology, development and diversity; animal physiology, development, diversity, and behavior will be covered in this second semester of a two-semester lecture sequence.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisites - (BIO 110 with a “C” or higher ), (BIO 111 with a “C” or higher  or BIO 112 with a “C” or higher ), and (BIO 121 with a “C” or higher , may be taken concurrently)
