CHEM 453W Biochemistry Laboratory [GEWI] Theory and application of preparative and analytical techniques in the investigation of the biochemical and biophysical properties of proteins and nucleic acids. Emphasis is placed on communication of experimental results in the form of scientific manuscripts.
