CHNE 212L5 Beginning Chinese IV [GEKH or GELB] The is the fourth introductory course in Mandarin Chinese. Students will communicate in a variety of practical contexts, analyze the cultural practices, products and perspectives shaping everyday situations, develop oral communication skills, read and write simplified versions of characters and gain exposure to the traditional characters.
