DTC 101 Fundamentals of Personal Nutrition How much do you know about nutrition and its impact on health, disease and lifestyle? This course will help you develop skills to critically evaluate the role of nutrition in a healthy lifestyle by providing an overview of nutrients, their functions, relationship to health and disease and explain how culture and society influences one’s nutritional status.
