SPEI 240L4 Pre-Clinical Experiences - Emotional Impairment [GELB] This introductory course provides exposure to and experience with K-12 students with emotional impairment. Students are encouraged to evaluate and examine their motivation to become a teacher of students with emotional impairment, as they are introduced to all aspects of the teaching profession. In this course, students participate in field experiences with K-12 students with emotional impairment and have opportunities to visit a variety of placements serving K-12 students with emotional impairment.
