EXSC 301 Exercise Physiology


This course first focuses on how the human body responds and adapts to muscular activity. The emphasis then shifts to methods for enhancing the health and physical fitness for individuals in the general population and optimizing performance for competitive athletes.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
