SWKE 375 Working with Youth in Care Students explore the effects of child abuse and placement on adolescent development and identify the social work skills to respond to the unique needs of older youth in foster care/group living. In addition, students explore strength-based/youth development approaches to services and skills needed for social work and residential practice.
