PEGN 114L1 Exercise Equipment Selection and Usage [GELB]
This course introduces benefits of basic types of anaerobic and aerobic training. Includes, discussion and selection of proper equipment for the desired type of training and identification of possible problems that can arise during training.
Credit 1 hr May be repeated for additional credit, total credits not to exceed 2 hrs
