PHED 343 Methods of Group Exercise Instruction This course is designed to introduce science-based concepts and techniques used in the development and implementation of safe and effective group exercise instruction for a variety of clinical, scholastic and commercial settings. Both theoretical learning and practical applications will be emphasized throughout the course with special emphasis on aerobic and anaerobic modes of training.
