PHED 342 Methods of Holistic Fitness The purpose of this course is to introduce students to a variety of physical training methods that integrate a mind-body approach to achieve positive changes in physiological measures of physical fitness. These disciplines include but are not limited to yoga, neuromuscular integrative action (NIA), Pilates, and some forms of martial arts.
