FERM 485L4 Capstone Project/Internship [GELB]
Supervised research project or internship with an external member of the community with a mutual interest in a specific area of fermentation science. This experience is intended to integrate the student’s formal academic training with practical application.
Credit 2 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
