WGST 337 Women in North America to 1865 This course will trace history of African, European, and Native American women in North America from contact until 1865. This course will illuminate women’s experiences across different regional contexts, including religion, spirituality, labor, family life, knowledge production, citizenship, sexuality, war and social reform.
