CIVE 360 Transportation Engineering This course is an introduction to transportation systems and highway user’s characteristics. Introduces students to the design of geometric elements of highway facilities; traffic operation including traffic flow theory and highway capacity of a selected element; transportation planning with a focus on forecasting travel demand models; and pavement design.
