NURS 220 Health Assessment and Physical Examination
This course is designed to assist the student in developing the skills necessary to complete comprehensive health history and physical assessment of diverse clients across the life span. The student will learn skills necessary to perform comprehensive interviews, complete physical examination, and proper documentation of the health history and physical examination.
Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
