HLED 242 Theoretical Foundations of Heath Behavior


This course provides an introduction to health behavior change and the theoretical basis for health behaviors. Discussion of all major behavioral theories as well as strategies for using a theoretical foundation in planning effective health education and health promotion programs will be included.
