DTC 659 Development of the Entrepreneurial Dietitian This course emphasizes the role of the nutrition entrepreneur in the conceptualization, planning and marketing for a start-up enterprise or private practice. The focus will be on developing a business plan for a new venture and will consider legal and ethical issues. Students will develop an entrepreneurially-focused web-based marketing interface.
