FIN 502 Corporate Finance This foundation course in finance emphasizes concepts and applications for corporate managers. Value creation is emphasized throughout the course. Key concepts and applications may include but are not limited to the time value of money, risk-return tradeoff, cost of capital, capital structure, capital budgeting techniques, and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis.
