FIN 620 Financial Administration Policies This course stresses the role of finance in strategic decision making with a view to enhance shareholders’ value. This course uses the case method of instruction. Topics covered can include, but are not limited to, working capital management, capital budgeting, financing, investment banking, mergers and acquisition, valuation and international finance.
