FIN 660 Advanced Financial Management


This course develops conceptual foundations and practical applications for making optimal corporate financial decisions.  Advanced corporate finance concepts and Excel applications will be covered in-depth. Topics will include financial asset valuation, capital structure and recapitalization, financial planning and capital budgeting, payout policy and corporate governance.

Credit 3 hrs

Prerequisites - FIN 502 with a “B” or higher  or FIN 350 with a “C” or higher  See note

Additional Information - A course equivalent to FIN 502 or FIN 350, may be used to satisfy the prerequisite requirement, if completed within five years, from an AACSB accredited program.
