FIN 660 Advanced Financial Management This course develops conceptual foundations and practical applications for making optimal corporate financial decisions. Advanced corporate finance concepts and Excel applications will be covered in-depth. Topics will include financial asset valuation, capital structure and recapitalization, financial planning and capital budgeting, payout policy and corporate governance.
