MGMT 696 Strategic Management Focuses on the responsibilities of managing an organization from the general manager’s perspective. Integrates multiple business functions to formulate and implement strategies that enable firms to strive for a competitive advantage and sustainable firm performance with ethical practices. Emphasizes the application of strategic concepts to different business situations.
