OM 576 Inventory Control II An in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of various production planning and control problems in manufacturing and service organizations. Topics include forecasting of demand, aggregate production planning and scheduling. The role of management science and computer models in solving these problems is also reflected in the course. A term project for graduate students is required.
