FIN 354 Investments The purpose of the course is to introduce students to the fundamentals of investment analysis. The course attempts to highlight the alternative investments available and develop a way of thinking about investments. The course is a mixture of description and theory. The descriptive material involves a discussion of available investment instruments and considers the way the capital market currently works. The theoretical portion takes into consideration ways you should evaluate current investments and future opportunities.
