MGMT 384 Human Resource Management This course provides an introduction to human resource management (HRM). Topics covered include industrial relations functions in business organization, recruitment, selection, placement, training, motivation and appraisal of personnel; the scientific approach to the solution of practical problems of industrial workforce utilization.
