MATH 225 Differential Equations and Linear Algebra


The course presents solutions of ordinary differential equations on a foundation of linear algebra. Linear algebra topics include Gaussian elimination, reduced row-echelon matrices, inverse matrices, vector spaces, subspaces, basis and dimension, and diagonalization. Differential equations topics include first and second order equations with applications, first-order systems, and Laplace transforms.

Credit 4 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisites - MATH 121 with a “C” or higher
