NURS 664 Advanced Adult - Gerontology Nursing I - NP This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to promote health, prevent illness, and manage common, acute, primary health-care needs of adults across the lifespan. Health promotion, wellness, and bio-psychosocial models and theories are introduced as a framework for understanding issues related to an individual’s biological and environmental disposition towards health and wellness.
