Hotel and Restaurant Management Major

Hotel and restaurant management is a comprehensive program that integrates principles of hotel and restaurant management with club and resort management. The hotel and restaurant management program provides experiential educational opportunities in a wide variety of hospitality organizations through co-op or internships (contact an advisor). A wide variety of minors are available to meet the diverse needs of our students in meeting their career objectives. The program offers a bachelor of science, graduate certificate and master of science degree.

Students must earn a minimum total of 124 credits at the 100-level or above.

Beginning in Fall 2022, all baccalaureate degree programs for all undergraduates (regardless of catalog year) will require a minimum of 120 credit hours for completion.
