FIN 359 - Intermediate Financial Theory This course presents theory that guides managers to make sound financial decisions. The focus is on how managers create value through their investing and financing decisions. Topics include the valuation of investment and capital structure decisions, cost of capital, risk and capital budgeting, and enterprise valuation.
