LEGL 406 - Civil Litigation, Investigation and Procedure II A comprehensive survey of civil litigation and procedure. The student will be introduced to every phase of litigation starting with the filing of the lawsuit through the appellate process. The student will be expected to draw up a complaint and a number of pleadings, as well as drafting interrogatories and digesting depositions. Legal investigations will be addressed.

Prerequisite(s) LEGL 405 A minimum grade of “C” is required in each Paralegal Major core course.
