MSL 202L1 - Army Doctrine and Team Development [GELB] Students examine how to build successful teams, various methods for influencing action, effective communication in setting and achieving goals, the importance of timing the decision, creativity in the problem-solving process and obtaining team buy-in through immediate feedback and additional physical fitness training.

Prerequisite(s) MSL 101L1 , MSL 102L1 , and MSL 201L1 This course requires medical fitness statement, DA Form 3425-R, signed by a physician. Pick up a form at 18 Roosevelt prior to the first day of class.
