LEAD 401L4 - Inventing A Leadership Life [GELB] This course serves as a capstone study of leadership, designed to provide opportunities for application and extension of theories concepts and strategies introduced across the core and restricted electives of the minor. During this course, students will work with traits and practices they have identified as a part of their emerging leadership plan. Building upon foundational, philosophical, operational, and theoretical concepts of leadership, as they apply their understanding to refine and implement a personal leadership plan through an Academic Service Learning project in the broader community. In addition, they will analyze leaders within their area of disciplinary focus to further develop their operational knowledge of leadership skills and strategies.
