QUAL 547 - Problem Solving for Quality Improvement This course describes the theories and strategies of quality problem-solving. It demonstrates how to use one’s cognitive abilities to successfully resolve any concern and thus becomes more productive. Individuals learn how to discover root causes of problems, formulate a corrective action plan, implement a course of action and evaluate the solution.
