QUAL 557 - Measuring Customer Satisfaction The focus of this course is on measuring customer needs and expectations for the purpose of improved product/process performance. Qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques are utilized. Emphasis is on providing a base for development and justification of product (including service outputs)/process specifications.
