SPEI 510 - Theories of Emotional-Behavioral Impairments Theories about the etiology of emotional-behavioral impairments is explored and applied to cases that involve children and adolescents. Emphasis is on the ability to analyze abnormal behaviors discussed in a variety of texts from different theoretical perspectives for the purpose of identifying appropriate intervention treatments. A field component is required.
