EXSC 654 - Principles of Strength and Conditioning The purpose of this course is to review and integrate theoretical elements of exercise science and practical concepts of physical training necessary for the development and implementation of conditioning programs for athletic populations. In addition, the course will help students structurally prepare for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam provided by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
