ESLN 054 - Graduate ESL Reading Students respond to rhetorical techniques and structures used by academic and professional writers to achieve their purposes. Students build academic and discipline-specific vocabulary and learn how to comprehend complex grammar used in academic texts. Student engage in academic research and critical analysis, synthesis and response to graduate level readings from students’ disciplines.
