PHED 341 Methods of Physical Training and Performance Enhancement The purpose of this course is for students to review, analyze, practice and demonstrate the various forms of physical and resistance training technique applicable to the sport performance enhancement specialist and personal fitness trainer employed among various commercial, corporate, community, and school settings.
