SPEI 360 Theory and Practice of EI An examination of emotional-behavioral impairments, including definitions; characteristics; etiologies; and academic and behavioral instruction and interventions. Emphasis is placed on collaborative programming and data-informed practices related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. A field component is required.
