SPAI 360 Theory and Practice of Autism This course overviews the characteristics of autism spectrum disorders (ASD), explores the impacts of those characteristics on education, describes service models, in-class, and practicum. The course also overviews differences between medical diagnosis and educational eligibility criteria, along with the next steps after confirming a diagnosis or eligibility for ASD.
