FIN 359 Intermediate Financial Management This course presents tools and techniques that guide managers in making sound financial decisions. The focus is on how managers create value through investing and financing decisions. Topics include the valuation of investment and capital structure decisions, cost of capital, risk and capital budgeting, and enterprise valuation.
