SWRK 317 Foundations of Social Work Practice This course prepares students for field experience developing the core interpersonal competencies underlying generalist practice. Students are oriented to practice roles and learn how to competently develop and use a helping relationship as part of planned change. This course must be successfully completed with a related section of SWRK 318 .
