MSL 302L1 - Applied Leadership in Small Unit Operations [GELB] Examines the role communications, values and ethics play in effective leadership. Topics include ethical decision-making, consideration of others, spirituality in the military and survey Army leadership doctrine. Emphasis on improving oral and written communication abilities, as well as, additional physical fitness training.

Prerequisite(s) MSL 101L1 , MSL 102L1 , MSL 201L1 , MSL 202L1 , and MSL 301L1 Class-Level Restriction Undergraduate standing
