IS 310 - Social Media for Business The proliferation of user generated content (UGC) has resulted in the phenomenon known as social media. The success of social media deployment requires a blend of technical and organizational knowledge and skills. This course introduces students how to successfully develop and engage in social media, to measure key performances indicators of social media success and to manage social media effort, condensed into social media engagement, analytics and management.
