DTC 332 Nutrition Therapy I Application
Emphasis is on applying medical nutrition therapy for acute care patients utilizing the Nutrition Care Process & Model, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and the ADIME (Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, Monitoring, and Evaluation) charting system. Open to dietetic program students only.
Credit 2 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
