FIN 455 Fixed Income


This course examines the markets for fixed income securities and evaluates corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and U.S. Treasury bonds. Topics include but are not limited to duration, convexity, bond pricing, and credit risk.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
Grade Mode Normal (A-F) Course Rotation Fall, Winter, or Summer (one section per academic year, offered in-person/hybrid, occasionally online)

Prerequisites - FIN 359 with a “C” or higher
