CHEM 454 Protein Structure and Function


This course explores how the structures of proteins lead to their biological functions, covering topics including methods for studying structure, tools for visualizing structure, protein-protein interactions, enzyme kinetics, molecular machines, and membrane remodeling. Advanced undergraduates who have already completed the introductory biochemistry sequence are best suited for this course.
