Learn
Earning the Bachelor of Business Administration with an Entrepreneurship major, you’ll learn about all aspects of business through the business core classes plus you will learn about how to start and grow a business, management responsibility and ethics, human resources, and a field study course where you actually get experience working with a local entrepreneur or small business. Your elective choices come from Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Management. Your courses use real-world exercises and case studies to bring home the concepts being taught.
Opportunities
While pursuing this degree, students are encouraged to participate in the CEO (Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organization) student club and are encouraged to look for internship opportunities to get professional work experience related to their chosen careers.
Many graduates with an Entrepreneurship major begin as management trainees or assistant managers with advancement opportunities leading to higher management positions. Advancement in management is often much quicker than in more technical fields.
